Chevrolet Express' returns with very few alterations for the 2010 model year, including remote vehicle start,
E85 capability, and revised transmission and rear axle specifications (which will improve low-rpm torque,
highway fuel economy, drivability, and offer autograde braking). Color availability is also slightly changed
for the first time in several years.
- Remote vehicle start
- E85 capability and variable valve timing on 4.8L, 5.3L and 6.0L engines (passenger and cargo models). E85
comprises 85 percent ethanol and 15 percent gasoline, reduces greenhouse gas and smog-forming emissions, is
domestically produced and helps reduce dependence on petroleum
- 2500 and 3500 models receive Hydra-Matic 6L90 six-speed automatic transmission and revised rear axles
