Chevrolet has dropped the two-door models from the Tracker line-up for 2004,
leaving just the four-door versions in both 2WD and 4WD configurations. This year's
Tracker receives an engine upgrade, with the 2.5L 165-hp V-6 becoming standard.
Other upgrades added to the standard features list include 15-inch aluminum wheels
and a four-speed automatic transmission. The Tracker is again available in either
LS or LT trim. 4WD models can be ordered with the ZR2 Package, which includes
white-lettered tires, unique alloy wheels, wheel flares, skid plates, and integral
mud flaps. Anti-lock brakes remain optional on all models. LT and ZR2 models may
also be equipped with leather interior.
