The Chevrolet Impala adds the SS trim to its line-up. Amenities on the SS include a
240 horsepower supercharged engine, a heavy-duty transmission, performance
features, leather seats, 17-inch diamond-cut alumnium wheels, and floor mats.
Standard features on all models include tinted glass with solar-ray, remote keyless
entry, a PASSlock theft-deterrent system, power door-lock system with lockout
protection, and daytime running lights with automatic exterior lamp control. The
six-way power driver seat, leather-wrapped steering wheel, Sport Touring
Suspension, electronic traction control, and spoiler come standard on the LS model.
Additional optional features include Onstar communication, an electronic sliding
moonroof, and the Driver Information.
